LA COLECTIVIZACIÓN COMO CABALLO DE TROYA: DE LA DEMOCRACIA A LA OCLOCRACIA
En los tiempos actuales, la realidad sociopolítica nacional e internacional es compleja. La polarización de la sociedad, la dificultad para alcanzar consensos y las crisis económicas globales se unen en un escenario donde se cuestionan los valores democráticos. Esto desgasta el modelo de convivencia, las instituciones y la estructura jurídica del Estado.
El presente artículo trata de destacar la importancia del ciudadano individual en la defensa de nuestra democracia, como depositario legítimo de la soberanía nacional. Se aborda el asunto analizando la amenaza que para nuestro modelo supone la colectivización, pues puede difuminar el rol del individuo en el grupo y debilitar así la democracia, facilitando además el enfrentamiento y la polarización. Se añade además una visión histórica de cómo esta metodología ha sido empleada anteriormente, especialmente durante la Guerra Fría, como parte del enfrentamiento entre bloques.
Tratamos de aportar una visión transversal, interdisciplinar, que deliberadamente huye de la perspectiva técnico-jurídica. El propósito es incitar a la reflexión sobre cómo puede afectar la realidad geopolítica global a nuestro marco de convivencia, para valorar cómo podemos adaptar convenientemente los mecanismos de defensa de nuestra democracia.
Nowadays, the national and international socio-political reality is complex. The polarization of society, the difficulty of reaching consensus and global economic crises come together in a scenario where democratic values are contested. This erodes the model of coexistence, the institutions and the legal structure of the State.
This article tries to highlight the importance of the individual citizen in the defense of our democracy, as the legitimate depositary of national sovereignty. The issue is addressed by analyzing the threat that collectivization represents for our model, since it can blur the role of the individual in the group and thus weaken democracy, also facilitating confrontation and polarization. It also adds a historical view of how this methodology has already been used, especially during the Cold War, as a part of the confrontation between blocks.
We try to provide a transversal vision, which deliberately avoids a technical-legal perspective. The aim is to encourage reflexion on how the global geopolitical reality can affect our framework of coexistence, to assess how to adapt the defensive mechanisms of our democracy.
